What is the best/easiest way to make the positive battery cable longer? I do not want to cut it.
I need to temporarily put the battery in the rear trunk. I don't want to cut any cables. I plan to get a longer negative cable assembly but that is not possible with the positive cable.

Buy an extension piece, insulate where you bolt it on,you will need a cable that has a post clamp one end and an 8mm eyelet the other, how do you plan the earth the battery negative ?,make sure you fasten the battery down solidly.

If people need such basic instructions, I wonder if they should touch anything connected to power.
