I have a customer who is building a 914 trike using the back half of a 914 with 914 trans and suspension with a V8 Chevy engine. I think he is going to need a cable shift but I wonder if it would make much difference if he uses a tail shift or side shift trans. I don't know how either trans could be setup with stock type shift rods. I just wonder of a tail shift would work as well for hm ?

Hi Bruce,
I would call the owner of Cableshift and ask him, He is a very nice guy and will answer your questions. I am getting one of his units for my 930 box for my V8 car. With Tail Shifter Bob B |
