I think I have covered the most common Fuchs wheel size combos for a GT tribute or clone. This would be for aggressive street and possibly light track use. Pick a wheel size combo that you think looks best in your opinion. Then list your reasons ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
BTW I am certain most have seen this article on Eric Shea's GT: http://www.retromodmag.com/features/porsche-914-6-gt Edit: please post pics to further illustrate your preference! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

My car’s rears are the same Braid / BZ 15x9. Could be the camera angle or different flares and tires making them appear different in the pics.
They do look different than a true Fuchs. I think all repro/aftermarket ones do, probably due to design trademark/patent reasons as well as different manufacturing methods. |

On your 673 car pic above it appears to have the braid style rim lip on both front and rear. I went to the braid website and I only found some token pictures and not individual pictures of each width and diameter. |

Those are the BZ wheels on both ends. Now I no longer have that front pair and only use OE Fuchs 15x8 on the front, as they fit my car perfectly, with the spacers I've got, and are widely available. I have multiple sets of super nice ones. About to sell-off a pair or two. |
