Machined here in California, 3mm thick by 20mm tall (.120" x .787")
Can be made larger or smaller, with or without chamfers. Sorry no pins or studs, these are to be adhered using double stick tape (not supplied) Prices: $10 per letter or number, for example the 3.0 sample will be $20 plus shipping. I'd say stick with the aluminum and just paint it satin black. I just painted mine today. You'd have to look pretty close to know it wasn't the stock badge...except mine says 3.3 on it. Will post pics after I hit it with one more coat and it dries.
