Good morning, hope everybody's having a good week so far.
Are there any recommendations on a specific vendor for a 2 L with stock gearbox? This is a streetcar for normal (not racing) use. Thanks! |

I know this might be blasphemy, but I got my Sachs kit from Rock Auto a few years back for around $250. Shopped around quite a bit and that was the best price.
Here’s what they’re selling for now |

Of course if the OP wants to do it completely and properly he would need a flywheel seal, flywheel bolts, pilot bushing, take the flywheel to the machine shop (maybe buy a new one if the old one is shot), rear main seal (maybe the tranny seal too since it's out), clutch release arm bushing, etc. I had money left over to get all those parts too.
