Because trying to find 2.0 heads are becoming more rare to fine ..I ran across this ad
Is this worth doing if I already have a set of 1.7 heads to modify ?? What do you experts think ... Take a look and let me know ... Thanks !! A pair of 1.7 914 heads, "Q" castings built by Brother's Machine in Ontario CA. Cross posted to Pelican classifieds in link below, but a few details here: 56cc combustion chambers Opened to 1.8/2.0 bore (94/96mm bore) 12 mm Plugs relocated to 2.0 location Chambers welded up & reground with unshrouded plugs and generous quench area Dual springs Heavy exhaust port modifications These were built to move some air. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-914...-914-heads.html |
