It is an interesting car, It is super quiet and at 70mph it is wonderful. As you would imagine, it's a little under powered, and not as tight in the twisties as the 914, or 911. But as a grand touring car or a daily, I can see why they were the success for the period.
If you read the description, you can see they were not cheap either. 18k in 1980 was a crap ton of $. I'm going to miss having it in the stable, but now that I have a really good 914, it became odd man out. Ferg |
