Well it is finally done. This is my 2.0e motor which was originally fuel injected.
I added carbs, headers and crankfire ignition. I started it up this past Sunday and it sounds great. I still have to adjust the shift linkage and tune the carbs. Attached image(s) ![]() |

All the four-fans on this list can yap on until they keel-over dead and I will still stand by this statement: THAT is EXACTLY what a 914 engine bay was meant to look like. I'm sorry, but that there is the one and only true gospel of the 914. The rest of us are heathens.
-Ben M. (turbo heathen) ps - is there enough slack in those fuel lines to allow for engine/tranny flex without tugging on them? Looks Awesome. |
