Should I be reusing my push rod retainers? If not, who has them?

If they're bent tweak them with heavy needle nose pliers, many I see the ears are bent.
I don't worry about if they're sitting right in the PR tube when cranking the rocker nuts down, I use smaller needle nose pliers to pull them up afterwards. This is also a must do inspection, they can be off center, but both wire corners should be engaged in each tube. Common to see a shine where an errant wire was running on the PR. |
