The mystery switch came in today, so I thought I would see what it takes to make it work in the 914. It is just a matter of swapping out the trim ring and adding the 914 (VW Bug) knob. I did not have a spare stock fog light switch to do a side by side comparison but I am thinking new switch might be a tight fit in the stock location. Switch could be used in what ever style lighting configuration for auxiliary lights you want to use. In that case you could install it over by cigar lighter.
