911S engine , 7300 rpm red line 1st gear ? .... as Steve sayes its a 915....er 916 1st is straight forward. It’s the 1972 one year only 915 shifter. I have the same shifter with my 916 trans. If you pause the video you can see the shift pattern on the shift knob. I read somewhere that it was a special 260hp drive train that Porsche built to offset the additional weight of the water and fire extinguisher equipment. |
