I'm sure this will get the New Years Day blood pumping for everyone.

Same-same build, only difference is engine sourcing a 3.2L 911 engine vs 3.6L Outback, how does the market value these respectively? I'd expect a premium for the 3.2L engine but how much?

Note - don't get your knickers all in a bunch, just seems like an interesting topic of discussion....

I bought a 914 with the plan to do a six conversion or a subi swap. After doing a lot of research which has already been covered above, I was lucky enough to find a 3.2 conversion already done for way under market because the interior was incomplete. If you can find either a P6 or subiswap already done under market then that's an option as well.

Another option is the turbo 4. With an air to water intercooler you can get over 400hp, but those conversions are not much cheaper than the P6.

The v8's are a little too hardcore for me.
