I am sure this has been covered, but I don’t seem to be able to find a general consensus on what tires will fit under the stock fenders. I’d really like to know what size tire you’re running and are happy with.
I believe the 914 originally came with 165HR15 - which were 165/80HR15. But I have seen that a lot of people use 195-65-15. Is that right? Back in the 80s I think I ran 195-50-15. Or even 205-50-15. I have stock fenders, and am using Pedrinis. I prefer not to use a spacer. Suggestions? What are you running? Pictures of your 914 clad in your favorite size? |

I run 195/50/15 with 3/8” spacers in rear without a problem.
