Patrick Motorsport’s makes a cell conversion of the original tank. I don’t think though that it is GT replicated... Nope the PMS tank is only 10 gallons and uses the old tank as a clam shell for the bladder. I had one in my car. The bladder is replaceable since they have an expiration date on them. Plus it’s pretty impossible to get rid of fuel vapors in the cabin, since the bladder is fabric. Besides being required for certain tracks, the only benefit was that the internal baffling prevented my 3.2 from starving for gas in the corners. With a stock tank, my engine would cut out, if the tank was 1/4 full in the corners. |
