Preparing to bolt on the doors and was wondering did the hinge bolts going to the car have washers? Thanks in advance

Shane,
PET says door hinge is fastened by M8 bolt (length not specified but I think the bolt is 27mm long and pointed to facilitate installation), a lock ring (aka spring washer) and a flat washer (A 8,4 - which I deduce is 8mm OD and 4mm ID) Good luck David |

Another thought. To help installing doors, use one M8 stud in the top and bottom mountings in the door jamb to help you locate and steady the door while you put in the other bolts in. You can make a M8 stud from a M8 bolt with the hex head cut off. This concept is not mine but borrowed from another thread using this technique to install the bumpers. Installing the doors can almost be a one man job using this technique. Good luck again David |
