I’m going through parts I bought a few years ago for my car, and am down to two parts, that I can’t identify.

I have 12 of the clear part, and
2 packages of 8 of the black part along with washers.

Does anybody know what either of these are?

Thanks. I've got black rivets from 914rubber for the rockers. I guess maybe the clear ones are from Automobile Atlanta. Did the factory use clear rivets there?
