It is with great excitement to announce that #40 has found new ownership with us, in the Schneider Family. Michael & Renee Hagen, two of the most amazing individuals I have gotten to know so well, have entrusted #40's ownership to us going forward, and we couldn't be more thrilled. With such history, we are honored to oversee this vehicle in to its next chapter of life within our possession.

The actuator on the front cowl is missing and a small round chrome-cap has been placed over the empty hole. A modern/ approved fire system will be onboard #40 shortly , but the unit that ran in the 24Hr would be a cool "Re-uniting " with the car. Do let me know when you meet up with your friend if he's interested in selling off the part. Also if he is still has the 8 1/2 " x 15" rear Fuchs (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Marty |

Where does the information come from that there were 8 1/2 " x 15" rear Fuchs rims on the back? At LM in rear was 7x15, later 9x15 Minilite and 10x15 Gotti was used. I will think about the price for the fire system. Thats my in the 80s, put on the sticker 914 & 6 wishes Wolfram |

Did you drive #40 on streets , or just take to special events/ track use/ etc. ¿? Cool to have you on board the Forum here...and let me know if/ when you are ready to sell off the fire-bottle (use my PM) . Marty |
