Engine Sticker, 1.8 liter engine tune sticker Options

I realize it's a terrible picture, but I'd love help trying to reproduce this decal that is on my 1.8 liter engine.

Haven't seen or heard anything lately, so wondering if there's still any interest in pursuing this. If so, a) is the one shown above sufficient, or b) should I keep pursuing a more intensive cleanup as shown below (redid the letters, numbers and far right graphic)?
If b), then could use a bit of others' eyes to figure out what the graphic for the valve clearance should look like - sort of like two arrows showing the gap between two spacing lines?

@oakpark ; Does that mean leave the age/blurring (e.g. aged original) or continuing cleaning (e.g. as if new original)? Not sure. Thanks.
