Hey all,

I rebuilt my MPS last year with the tangerine kit. I fought getting the case to stop leaking after the rebuild as I've seen a few others have this issue too.

I used grease on the gasket which seemed to do the trick...that lasted about a year and now yet again I have the case leak.

Anyone figure out a permeant solution to this? I am wondering if I can RTV or something to seal the bastard shut. In theory it won't need to be disassembled for a long time.

Let me know what you guys think!

p.s. I've checked the vacuum and hoses to make sure they aren't the culprit. I also checked a used MPS I bought on ebay with the same vacuum setup and it holds steady at 15". Definitely the case 1/2 seal.

Are you running a properly working Decell Valve with your D-jet setup?

It's a 1970 which I believe did not come with one.
