Jim Cole is the one who started that post. It just so happends he lives here in Victoria and I've autoX'ed with him.
I don't think he ever got the thing to run right, he was always yelling something at it! ha ha Anyways I am looking at the same thing, I've got a line on a race ready G50 and want to slide it in behind a 3.2 for my 914. I could get into contact with Jim and see if he ever managed to get it working right. I suspect not, because there is a C4 G50 trans with broken case mounts rolling around with one of the other local Porsche Club members. How many C4 G50's are out there and are in Victoria none the less! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif) -JR- |
