The tubing doesn't really constitute a 'cage'. It's strictly there to keep the engine from folding the car in half. Here's an overhead shot. You have to look carefully, but you should be able to find the reinforcements running from the front to the back. I painted the headlight surrounds with Krylon Purple. Attached image(s) |
