So with spring arriving on the calendar, if not in reality in New Hampshire, I would like to gauge the interest in getting together to drive up the Mt. Washington Auto Road.
https://mt-washington.com/ I also know all of the famous driving roads in the area as well as a few well-kept secret, uncrowded gems. There is also plenty to do and see in the area as well as places to stay. I’m not looking to plan or hold an event, more like a cars and coffee approach. The road opens mid to late May and runs into October or early November depending on weather. No matter which direction you are coming from, you will find the approach roads scenic and fun to drive. I have never done it in my 914, but take my motorcycle up about every two years. Scott Attached image(s) |
