Eric or anyone with the Jenvey setup.
Question (s) 1) I see the Jenvey Heritage TB set up on Eric's site. Eric are you planning on selling a kit with the parts to install? https://pmbperformance.com/products/jenvey-...774e8&_ss=r There is a reference to this thing. https://www.jegs.com/p/Holley/Holley-Termin...337746/10002/-1 Then there is this thing what ever it is https://www.jegs.com/i/Holley/510/543-122/10002/-1 B) Can someone post a list of parts needed to install this on a stock 2.0? There is clearly more than just the Holley thing that manages it. Talk to me like a 4 grader. I am not smarter than a 5th grader. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

If you don't need trigger points or points for that matter couldn't you install a trigger wheel inside the dizzy? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) oh and really I do have skills I consider beyond 5th grade but why reinvent the wheel when Eric seems to be on t something good here. Since I brought this up there seems to be some real interest in a package deal. Price point will always be a concern with this group of do it yourself guys and gals. That is the magic right there.

If you don't need trigger points or points for that matter couldn't you install a trigger wheel inside the dizzy? Its been done. BUT. Getting the trigger into the dizzy means its gotta be small and the hall sensor sticks out somewhere. And the times its bee tried there was a lot left to be desired. There are a couple options for trigger wheels on the crank. PMB, DubShop to name a few, and the are EASY to set up. Though you have to at least pull the fan - and the one I did included pulling the doghouse on a 4. Added benefit - you no longer need to have the dizzy sitting atop the engine. Which means you have high value real estate to mount other stuff you might want. I have my oil pressure switch there, as well as the routing of all my wires through were the dizzy was. Zach |
