After years of my 914 off the street. Now going to run a auto-cross, can I still have a rider. Helmets, belts etc. PCA even, and old instructor.

If your going to autocross with PCA I don't think you will be able to have a passenger unless they are an instructor. Your helmet need to be relatively new. If your seat belts are aftermarket and look old and reached they may not like that. If your belts are old oem they probably won't notice them. Have a blast!
