ok engine bar completed just need to weld the body mounts in to the car. corrently bolted to the engine bar at the ends. this bar basicly hanges from the frame behind the susp. consol and loops down under the motor. there are more shots of the various parts that went in to the bar here . the bar looks like i would think they would do this conversion from the factory ( with better welds ) , it basicly hands the engine from as inline with the motor mounts on the engine as possible, there by elimanating as much torque on the mounts as can be and similating the factory bar as much as can be done. all the bar needs now is a clean up from the welding with a grinder and paint.
and yes i have measurement for any body who wants to make one. here is a few pics one of the complete bar |

yes but 75 lbs heavier, i would like to know where they put 75 lbs in 1 inch. right now i should be very close to stock weight, and 75 lbs would not hurt it, but i also think 170 or so hp will be enough for a DD, and mike if you ever decide to go suby, i will hook ya up. |
