I thought I'd see how much you experts think this is worth if it is in good working order...
I have a chance to purchase this and want to see if it is a good deal. Big red brakes, aluminium rotors, trailing arm stiffening kit, adjustable coil overs. I also see it looks like it was attached to camber boxes in the front, would this work with a stock shock mount in the front? Attached image(s) |

Yes, the top adjuster plates will come off and you can use the stock strut mount.
Used, the front Bilstein RSR's with coils and perchs are worth $800-$1000, rear $500-$800, the rotors are worth probably $600, the calipers are $1000-$1500, and the five lug hubs, spacers, and trailing arms are worth $500. So i'd say in a package like that, your looking at $3000+... and thats a good deal for all that stuff. Before you get ahead of yourself, what car is this going on? If you have a V8 monster or a 3.6-3.8RSR with massive tyres, then this equipment makes sense. But for a relatively stock car, a 911 S front end is giong to help way more in useage and finacially than that kit. |
