Questions, Comments and/or Concerns Yes, one thing that i didn't like about the last WCR in Tahoe was the fact that there was no designated area in the parking lot/garage for us to hang out. There was zero activity around the cars besides driving. In that past, arguably the best part about the WCR has always been hanging out in the parking lot, having a beer and talking cars. I miss the good old days when we used to have makeshift barbecues and RV booze catering for these events. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) |

If we aren’t drinking inside in their venue, they aren’t making money. So places where you can just hang out are disappearing. Before we use Tahoe in the future, we have to figure out how we can just hang out. Bob at Summit Racing says we can use their lot, but then we are 30-40 miles from the hotel. Another solution will present itself. I’m exploring Incline Village as it has a Hyatt and some beachfront that is only open to hotel guests. I agree though, Tahoe 1 in that lot was amazing! Tahoe 2 on the roof of the ramp was cool too. |
