What if you take off the grill and make a solid lid with louvers punched in it? On water cooled cars you dont need the grill for engine cooling and the louvers would let heat out. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

I like the Lexan idea... Now you have me thinking.
Lexan is cheap, and I can drill holes in it. Or, I can even borrow a router and do slots. Maybe if I do the whole thing one piece, I can only have each section half about half as much air passages, since there will be two... Any ideas? |
