That pedal stop is just riveted to the board. It does not hold the board down. Did you remove the left side hold down Allen bolt? It looks the same as the right side. The carpet might be hiding it.

I removed one allen bolt and two 10mm nuts is there another allen I missed behind the accelerator pedal? I just pushed the carpet out of the way maybe I missed it? the bracket that I think is suppose to be with the switch was just laying there on the floor..
