Terrible front wobble. Bearing/ spindle spacer question. Options

Front bearing / spacer help - so close to on the road

914 six almost ready to go after getting it tuned on a dyno today. More about that later.
- trying to chase down the source of the shaking front end.
- Vetted out wheels, tires, tie rods, shocks, bushings, rotor warpage, etc…. All good

It seems as if there’s a mismatch between the inner bearing and the spacer. Somethings not right but I don’t know what it is.

The last true leftover problem from the previous owner.

24 mm carrera rotors, Porsche Brenbo brakes, 911 hubs,
new bearings and seals.

Any clue at to what’s wrong?

Did you check to see if the steering rack is tight? Also, some spindles are very worn. You can tell when you go to adjust the wheel bearings. There is too much play no matter how much you tighten the outer nut. The bottom of the outside end of the spindle where the bearing rides can wear. It has a step that you can feel with your fingernail.
