Yeah, that's really off. Those look freshly anodized, as if they werent in the original assembly... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)
I remenber playing with that when I rebuilt mine and the best I could do as far as alignment was this (pictures below). OK, but not great, especially second picture . (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Now how to refinish them... I would like the aluminum S look. Was actually thinking about powder coating some kind of brushed aluminum finish...
