See the attached pictures. Professionally rebuilt calipers leaking from the mating bolts, not the bleeder and not the piston. One step forward and two back. I depend on quality work from quality people and it seems like I (we)are being let down more and more these days. Really getting pissed at all the so called professionals out there. Thanks but my point is that I paid good money to have them rebuilt to save some time etc. I did expect this to happen. Contact the critters you had rebuild them FIRST! This is something I would have done BEFORE posting on an open forum. You really should give them the chance for correction. If they are "professional" they SHOULD be MAD at themselves and bend over backwards to achieve customer satisfaction. I would if I was in their shoes... Now, if they tell you to F.O. the fix will cost you less than $10 and take a very small amount of time. At which point you should SKEWER them every chance you get. They HAVE a HYDRAULIC FAILURE in a part they rebuilt from the get-go... Not the sort of thing a brake rebuilding business wants for an internet review. |
