This wye fitting was on my bastardized dapo fuel line return…. firstly is it a stock part? Second can I use a tee in it’s place without an adverse effect?

Return fuel line “y”
I personally would not run that. Replace it with a metal fitting. Too many fuel related engine fires and vehicles lost each year. A “y” will flow better than a “t” but it isn’t going to be noticeable in a return line flowing back to the tank. The “y” will probably route the line more suitably too depending on how you’re set up. |
