I have taken the center off the steering wheel and there doesn’t seem to be any thing for the horn. No plunger, just a wire. Looking for an illustration of some sort in order to get parts etc. I will be removing the horn itself to see if it is functional as well. Not much out there in any of the manuals referencing these. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks.

Connected OHM meter for continuity on the black/yellow and brown (horn). Turned on ignition and no go grounding the wire on the ring. Wiring diagram shows a relay at some point. Are the relays those behind the fuse panel?
