I replaced side shift seal and all shifter bushings. I now do not have all gears, it only has a “H” pattern. Any suggestions on how to correct?

maybe you do not have the set screws seated to where the shift rod is off. After you check that carefully then adjust the shifter. If it shifted well before it should do the same however
