Once again, we gathered for the Animas Valley Concours, aka the Durango Labor Day car show. This is our biggest event of the year, hosted by the fantastic Vivilo family, and run in part to benefit worthy local groups and agencies.
We had about 90 cars show up, despite threatening skies, including everything from Model Ts and a pristine Packard Twelve, to new Ferraris, with a good showing of American muscle, and lots of Porsches. This was special fun for me since its the first time I brought the 914 to the Concours. And of course I met several people with "I had one of these" stories. Attached thumbnail(s) |
