Every time I use the belt this happens. Can’t think of how I may have incorrectly installed the seatbelt. The webbing is new and mechanism rebuilt by reputable supplier.

I just put in some new Corbeau seatbelts and was having the same problem. I ended up rotating the pivot point about 15 degrees counterclockwise and that took care of the problem.

Similar to my fix, but the pivot point pivots how did you lock it down in the better position?
