Read the whole thread if you are interested in new and improved....(400 grams lighter) 2.0L rods for your 914. Jake is talking about $280.00 a set, but it won't happen unless he gets enough buyers lined up. yes he can use the rods, they fit like a 100% stock part. lighter rods = lower stresses on rod bolts which can fail at higher rpm, less mass for the crank to spin around, etc. All in all a good thing.
