Question: what can I use to re-glue my door window to the metal channel. The old glue don’t glue no more. This is the metal c-channel on the front edge of the window glass that slides up & down in the vent window frame.

Thanks!

I use Dow 995 White adhesive for bonding COE 90 glass to aluminum french cleats. Same adhesive they use for high rise building windows. I have no idea if it would work in this instance but I thought I’d bring it up.

Used the windscreen sealer and marked position of old sealer and then moved around with window up ,this would only work if winders aren't worn out and surround seals good and lined up properly ,top roof seal needs to be correct also ,not really a hard job ,cheers.
