Here is a video of my starting problem:

I'm guessing it's not getting fuel?

Prior to this issue I would notice that when I would turn the ignition on (the notch prior to cranking the starter) when the oil and alternator lights would illuminate, something in the engine would turn on and I'd hear a hum. Now, it is completely silent.

I relocated the fuel pump to the front a while ago.

Blown fuse? Blown fuel pump? I had to replace my pump a few years ago.
