Hey guys, this is Matt Whitesell from 914 Rubber. I have been away from the business and community since Cary's (Middle Motors) passing, my wife almost diying and some other issues. So I have been slowly dipping my toe back into things for a while. The thing that draws me back in is the unique and very special nature of this community. It has always been inspiring to me how it brings people together and the random acts of kindness from complete strangers to sometimes literally give the shirt off of their backs to help someone out. That is what inspired me to want to help my brother with 914 Rubber to begin with.

I also always enjoyed being creative and in that spirit, I tried to do a little something special with the 2025 the calendar.

Actually I will be back before too long. I drove my 72 down from Oregon to LA for Luftgekühlt. I stopped in to see Rich Bontempi at High Performance House and on my way back into San Francisco I started blowing ignition fuses on my micro-squirt set up. I had the car towed to a Porsche brothers place in the city and I need to go back down and sort it out and get it home. So I will plan on doing something with everyone when I go get it.
