Pretty certain I will be selling this item as didn't do my homework and found it is non-compliant in my country in my application due to the rules here are very tough due to speedo tampering of JDM in the early days I was told ,so in essence it is no use to me but believe it could be fitted to an Australian registered car .

I think its a ROW (Euro/Japanese) market item, not Euro-only. This speedo pictured below is on Georges' 1974 Japanese-market 914 SL Bumblebee. Note Georges's is also the later black center style, where yours is the earlier silver dot style pointer. Attached image(s)
