I'm lucky to have a heated a/c garage. So part of my winterizing that I used on my 993, cayman and now the 914 is not to close doors and hoods all the way so seals can relax and also rolled up socks under the windshield blade arms to keep wiper blades off the glass. 18 years on the 993 and all seals stayed as fresh as new. This is a summer shot but you get the picture. Mark
