Hello everyone,
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)
Fred from France, I bought a Porsche 914-6 converted with a 3.6 from 993 c2, the engine starts well, but the previous mechanic fitted a Wevo side shift kit, The mechanic where the car is tells me that there is a problem with the location of the gears on the gearshift grid. Reverse gear is in place of first gear, do you have a spare part or a solution to sell me to stop the problem? or is it a mistake in the assembly of the wevo kit?
Has anyone seen this problem?

Thank you

Funny, but it sounds like the mechanic is confusing the 915 with a 914 trans. The 915 has 5th and reverse in the cover, versus the 914 trans has 1st and reverse in the cover. Or maybe I am misreading the post.
