I saw a topic about about attaching the eyebrows in front of headlight doors awhile ago and was hoping someone can clarify this. Are they rubber grommets?mine was just bastardized so have no idea what it is supposed to have.A source would be helpful TIA Dennis

Just a note.... I put the eyebrows in with grommets when I redid the paint on my big six. It worked fine for years. Then one day at 70 mph I hit a bump in the pavement and watched the left eyebrow flash by my driver's window. I went home and got one out of my spares and took it to a body shop to be refinished to match the car.

So now I put a bolt in one of the grommet holes. I don't do all of them because they are supposed to give way when somebody gets fingers or other appendages between the headlight and the eyebrow. With only one bolted in, the eyebrow can still give way, but it won't be lost to the wind.
