These seatbelts were rebuilt, but I think they only changed the webbing.

Is the installation correct? Is the webbing suppose to twist as shown in the photo?

Or do I need the springs replaced too?

I made sure the alignment pin is in the firewall hole.

Got my belts back from Seatbelt Planet and installed them loose to see how they worked. The new webbing is top-notch, but I wish they would have cleaned and lubed the mechanism. I specifically asked that be done and I can tell it wasn't touched. Oh well, I still have to help the belt retract which sucks.

For the OP, here's what I believe to be the correct orientation of the guide bar:
