 Seat Belt not Retracting, Is the installation correct? |

These seatbelts were rebuilt, but I think they only changed the webbing.
Is the installation correct? Is the webbing suppose to twist as shown in the photo? Or do I need the springs replaced too? I made sure the alignment pin is in the firewall hole.  |

Took the large cover off and cleaned/lubed parts. Belts are smooth and quiet now. Feels like they'll retract with little assistance.
Reminder not to pull off the smaller cover. That side has the spring. |
