I thought I would just run a quick search to buy a rear deck lid support shock kit today, but no dice.
Is Camp 914 gone? Are the kits no longer? Thanks. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

If you talk nice, you can probably get @vintage914racer to measure the brackets on the kit I sent him.

Here are pictures of the kit I got from Clay. The gas struts, Suspa brand (c-16 14874 model), are 20.5 inches long. The ball join brackets are angled on one end (HSMP H180) and flat on the other (HSMP 120) . It looks like the angled brackets are available here: https://www.imssupply.com/catalog/unknown/h...8zAbGjrdr2WGJlZ And the flat bracket here: https://fsi-sales.com/products/bracket-sb-1...32ZgaRQBCgBoClW And the struts are available here: https://shop.suspa.com/c16-14874-gas-spring-p182.aspx |
