I have been told this is not correct oil pressure sending unit 914-6.
If not is correct unit available.

Yes agree with above. Sender must match the gauge for the correct reading.

In addition, there is an extra wire in the main harness that was used in the Sporto. Can’t remember what pin it is in the main connector but pretty certain the wire is green. Conveniently it runs from the connector all the way to the instrument bezel.

All you have to do is add the the connecting wire to the engine harness to run from the connector to the gauge. There is a thread here from me that would confirm the details. You will also see the wire in the six diagram. Sorry, don’t have access right now to my diagram. When I get time later I will try to find the thread.

Makes it real easy to do.
