I got the car 20+ years ago. I bought it with a “blown” 1.7 in it. I do not know where that engine is. I have another engine out of a parts car that I am fairly certain is a 1.8 (used, unproven, I don't know the history). I have the original transmission that was in the car.

The car has been outside in Gainesville, Florida most of that time. It has been covered with a tarp (new tarp every couple of years) and had blocks under the frame to keep the tires/wheels off the ground. The wheels have been turned periodically so the car actually rolls. Any rust colored or black spots of paint are where I applied some Rustoleum paint to any surface rust. I cannot get the hood open, I cannot get the doors open. The engine hatch is not attached. The trunk is not attached. The rims look good. The interior looks ok, but feels crispy and I assume would fall apart with any use. The battery area is the best unrestored I have seen but needs work. Note, in the upper left of the picture you can see the green of a fern where there should be car.

The car comes with a lot of extra parts, almost another car. I am limited to 10 photos, so not all the photos are in the listing but you may ask for them. In the pictures, you can see right and left front fenders, right and left rear fenders (all cut from a different car), right and left doors, hood, trunk, hatch, top, bumpers. Not pictured are 5 or 6 boxes of parts besides the parts that are in the trunk and under the hood of the car. There is also an additional gas tank and suspension parts not pictured. The two pictures that show a jumble of parts on a shelf include two engines (one extra), two or three transmissions, heat exchangers.

NOTE: I am confident but not certain one of the engines is a 1.8 Liter 914 engine; it is definitely Porsche. I do not remember what the other engine is. There is a small chance it is a VW van engine and not Porsche; but I am about 95% that it is Porsche also.

I am willing to sell all (all of them together) the parts separately from the car. BUT, the best engine and transmission, and anything there is only one of (heat exchangers?) stay with the car.

I can assist in loading the car and parts. The condition of the tires requires transport on a flatbed. I do not have a winch, you will need one to get the car onto the flatbed. You will need to make sure to secure the engine hatch, trunk, the loose parts in the trunk, and all other parts. The parts will take up a lot of room and I do not think you would be able to fit them on the flatbed around the car.
